The successful candidate will demonstrate:
– A passion for mathematics and teaching and have excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical understanding
– Excellent communication skills
– They are an excellent classroom practitioner, who is experienced in teaching maths at key Stages 3, 4 and 5
– The ability to motivate, challenge, support and inspire students to achieve the best possible outcomes
– The ability to create and facilitate highly challenging and engaging lessons

The Deputy Head of Science promotes a culture of high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed in science.
