The Arnewood Science department is a vibrant and dedicated team who work closely together to deliver an exciting and challenging curriculum to develop and inspire ambitious Scientific learners. The Science department is comprised of 11 passionate scientists, supported by 2 specialist technicians and housed in well-appointed labs.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher of Science to join our Science Department and teach the subject at all levels, particularly A-Level. You will be working in a very cohesive and supportive department that is committed to providing an innovative and high-quality science education for all of our pupils. We are a strong team that is motivated to achieve positive pupil experiences and outcomes and has a strong history of providing STEM opportunities for students. At GCSE, we teach both AQA Combined Trilogy and AQA Separate Science courses. A specialism in Biology or Physics is desirable. The successful candidate will have an affinity with young people and will have a desire to develop the science opportunities available for students.
