Act of Remembrance 2022

Today’s Act of Remembrance was a poignant moment for our school to come together to remember those who have lost their lives in military conflicts, including those who served to bring us peace in the first and second world wars, and for those in Ukraine who fight for freedom today.

Many thanks to everyone for coming together with particular thanks to Marriott Whitney in year 13 for playing the last post, our very smart cadets and Mr Barsby for setting up the sound system.

The Poppies created by Mrs Hitchen’s textile club are on display in reception including a special addition in blue and yellow for Ukraine.
